Define and lead the GenAI strategy and adoption standards for the Tax function, identifying high-value use cases.
Architect, deploy, and govern enterprise-grade AI solutions including intelligent assistants, classification, anomaly detection, and audit support in tax workflows.
Own AI governance frameworks to ensure controlled, compliant, and audit-ready AI tools working with sensitive tax data, partnering with InfoSec, Internal Audit, and Compliance.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in AI, GenAI, and data automation delivering production-grade solutions at scale.
Strong expertise with LLMs and GenAI techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, conversational AI, classification, and summarization.
Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience building scalable AI and automation pipelines.
Bachelor's degree or higher; experience with AI governance and compliance in regulated environments; familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or Databricks.
