Project Manager (IAM)

Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects including deployment, transition, transformation, and migration initiatives across multiple IAM services (ILM, FAMS, PAM, EARM, SRA).

Manage project governance artifacts, risks, issues, cross-team dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure compliant and predictable delivery.

Coordinate and oversee change and release management processes including CAB governance, deployment validation, audit coordination, and continuous improvement of IAM operational controls and governance frameworks.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

10-15 years of experience in project coordination/management, Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and/or ITIL in complex enterprise or global environments.

Basic understanding of IAM principles and technologies including identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, RBAC/ABAC, and related enterprise IAM platforms.

Relevant certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, ITIL Foundation or Intermediate, with demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle deployment or migration projects.

Experienced in managing complex, global IT security projects with strong stakeholder and cross-team coordination skills.

Proficient in IT change and release management processes within a governance and compliance-driven environment including audit coordination.

Skilled in Agile project management tools and capable of continuous process improvement and governance reporting within IAM operations.
