FinOps Business Analyst

Serve as subject matter expert to translate complex business problems into technological solutions for internal and external clients.

Deliver business process improvements and projects aligned with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture with minimal supervision.

Develop documentation including operational gap analysis, user guides, test cases, and training materials to support new or enhanced services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment, with expertise in business requirement gathering, use case definition, and process mapping.

IIBA membership and relevant technology certification(s) such as ITIL mandatory; project management and Professional in Business Analysis certifications preferred.

Hybrid work location; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and process mapping technology; experience with ITIL and service management tools preferred.

Experienced professional with deep understanding of technology service environments and operational aspects of service businesses, preferably systems integrators.

Strong analytical skills to convert business requirements into functional deliverables and excellent documentation capability.

Ability to engage and build rapport with a variety of stakeholders, managing projects independently in a structured and process-driven setting.
