Drive and implement learning and development initiatives for corporate office and hotel operations aligned with business goals.
Manage and maximize engagement on online learning platforms, including creating learning paths, tracking completion, and reporting.
Develop training content, coordinate corporate and cadre programs, assist onboarding of L&D colleagues, support ERP implementation and maintain MIS and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office.
English language proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including SMEs, external vendors, and leadership across corporate and hotel functions.
Ability to manage multiple L&D projects including online learning, onboarding, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills with a focus on talent development and process excellence.
