Design, develop, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable GenAI solutions including LLM-powered assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, and RAG applications on ChatGPT Enterprise and approved platforms.
Implement prompt and context strategies, vector retrieval pipelines, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls to build scalable AI-enabled applications.
Develop integration layers, reusable Python libraries, and contribute to frontend components; ensure solution quality with automated testing, secure integration, and maintain CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Data Science.
4+ years professional experience in software development, application engineering, or systems integration, with at least 2 years hands-on building or supporting production GenAI applications including LLM-powered assistants, agents, or RAG solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, cloud-native solutions on AWS, secure API integrations, and automated testing with CI/CD.
Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js for modern web applications; working knowledge of SQL and governed data-access patterns; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across application to infrastructure layers.

Experienced in building and maintaining production-scale GenAI and AI-enabled applications on enterprise platforms with strong focus on security, scalability, and integration.
Demonstrates deep technical expertise in Python backend development plus frontend frameworks (TypeScript, React, Next.js); proficient in cloud environments especially AWS services pertinent to AI solutions.
Comfortable operating in cross-functional agile teams, contributing to scalable AI architectures, automating workflows, and ensuring secure, compliant software delivery in complex regulated or enterprise environments.
