Sr Associate Observability Operations

Operate and support enterprise-wide monitoring and observability services including Dynatrace, alerting integrations, and on-call notifications.

Develop and maintain monitoring coverage for diverse IT environments: applications, infrastructure, databases, APIs, cloud services, containers, and more.

Drive improvements in alert quality, incident investigation, automation of monitoring operations, and onboarding new services to observability standards.

Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.

Experience with Dynatrace or equivalent enterprise monitoring/observability platforms.

Strong troubleshooting with monitoring Windows and Linux infrastructure, applications, databases, and network workloads.

Experience with incident, problem, and change-management using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Hands-on experience configuring advanced Dynatrace features including DQL, alert profiles, management zones, and dashboards.

Comfortable working in a global, multi-team environment collaborating with application owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors.

Capable of balancing operational urgency with disciplined change management and clear communication to varied technical and business stakeholders.
