Senior Manager- Identity and Access Management

Lead global IAM service delivery and operations, ensuring availability, incident management, problem resolution, and compliance across multiple platforms including provisioning, governance, access management, directory services, and PAM.

Drive execution of IAM strategy and roadmap by partnering across architecture, application, infrastructure, and business teams, ensuring secure, scalable, and automated identity capabilities.

Manage and develop IAM teams, oversee supplier performance, and communicate risks, service health, and recovery plans to technical and executive stakeholders globally.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Typically 12+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related technology functions with significant enterprise IAM service delivery responsibility.

Experience leading technical teams, managing multi-location delivery, service providers, and global stakeholders.

Experience with IAM platforms such as IBM ISIM, SailPoint ISC, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, CyberArk, BeyondTrust EPM/Avecto, or Sectigo (depth in all platforms not required).

Proven ability to operate in a global, highly regulated environment (e.g., biopharmaceuticals) managing risk, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance for IAM services.

Experience in production IAM service management including incident leadership, problem management, change control, and continuous improvement.

Capabilities in translating security and privacy requirements into operational IAM solutions, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and leading cultural and operational transformation.
