Oversee end-to-end AI application lifecycle including data processing, model training, deployment, and ensuring explainability, robustness, and compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
Minimum Requirements
PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML with demonstrated track record of deployed models.
Proficiency in Python, R, modern ML libraries, and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, transformer architectures, autonomous AI agents, and reasoning systems.
Work location: Bangalore, hybrid mode.

Experienced AI scientist with a strong background in healthcare or life sciences AI applications, particularly with agentic and generative AI technologies.
Demonstrated ability to bridge AI research with practical engineering, including handling clinical data standards (FHIR, HL7) and compliance requirements.
Proven technical leader capable of driving AI/ML strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and managing deployment of secure, scalable AI systems in healthcare environments.
