0 to 3 years work experience; tele sales or related experience preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in English communication, CRM software, and outbound sales techniques.
Must be available to work non-negotiable US shifts (3 PM - 12 AM / 7 PM - 4 AM) and have own laptop plus stable internet.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or background in tele sales, real estate, hospitality, business development or customer service.
Familiarity with US market geography and demographics is advantageous.
Comfortable working under pressure to meet targets in a remote US-shift environment.
