Develop operational support workflows and mentor front-line team members, contributing to cloud and compute expertise growth through training and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
At least 4 years of experience supporting and orchestrating public cloud, serverless platforms, and microservices.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong understanding of cloud concepts including VMs, Kubernetes, Networking, Security, Storage, and Databases.
Expertise in networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, CDN, load balancing) and knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in customer-facing roles requiring problem-solving in cloud operations and infrastructure management.
Skilled in DevOps tooling and infrastructure as code tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
Comfortable working collaboratively with engineering, product, and sales teams in a dynamic, technical environment.
