Product Lifecycle New Product Program Manager

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through launch and post-launch support.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

Manage project risks, budgets, and performance metrics while driving continuous process improvements in product lifecycle management.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

Minimum 8 years experience in project management focused on product development or product lifecycle management.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects without direct authority in fast-paced environments.

Expert-level knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies and tools.

Experienced in strategic planning and influencing senior leadership in product lifecycle initiatives.

Skilled in risk mitigation with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in technology-related fields.

Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional global teams within technology or networking industries.
