Associate Manager Technical Support

Coordinate and drive remediation of security vulnerabilities across Windows servers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications ensuring closure within defined security SLAs.

Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity and impact, collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to execute remediation within maintenance windows.

Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting of remediation progress, risks, blockers and develop operational dashboards to support compliance and audit readiness.

6–9 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Windows system administration, security operations, patch management, or vulnerability remediation.

Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, security patching processes, and vulnerability management concepts.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals including Azure Virtual Machines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams for security remediation in enterprise IT environments with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.

Skilled in root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and communicating technical risks and progress clearly to management.

Hands-on technical professional with knowledge of automation (PowerShell), patch management tools, and reporting to improve remediation efficiency.
