Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in Managed Services, SRE, or platform engineering; 3+ years hands-on ownership of Datadog or equivalent observability platform at scale.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong expertise in Datadog platform architecture, APM, synthetics/RUM, log management, SLOs, and alerting.
Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud architectures (Kubernetes, multi-cloud), networking, and incident management leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading observability across complex environments, including 3-tier, microservices, and cloud-native workloads.
Skilled in strategic platform health balancing immediate incident response with long-term improvements and automation.
Able to communicate technical insights and observability roadmaps effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
