Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Golang, owning components end-to-end including deployment and production support.
Participate in system design and architecture discussions, making technology/design decisions for distributed backend systems and REST APIs.
Operate and optimize databases (MongoDB, MySQL), search/indexing (Elasticsearch), and event-driven architectures (Kafka), resolving performance and reliability issues.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Golang and system design of scalable, distributed backend systems.
Proficient in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, query optimization), MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
Must work from office in Bangalore (Domlur) full-time, 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced backend engineer with deep expertise in Golang and large-scale distributed system design.
Capable of taking full ownership of backend services, from design through production support, including mentoring juniors.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-scale consumer/product environments with cross-team collaboration and engineering best practices.
