Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
Strong expertise in Virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (layer 2/3), Linux Systems, DevOps, Cloud, or Enterprise Storage.
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
Hybrid work setup with a requirement to be onsite 3 days a week (Pune location specified).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in direct customer support handling complex technical issues with a customer-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment requiring collaboration in-office and independently remote.
Skilled in cross-team communication and collaboration involving developers, technology partners, and support teams.
