Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure maintainable, upgrade-ready, and secure solutions.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow application development in an enterprise setting.
Proficiency with ServiceNow development including scoped applications, scripting (server/client side), integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred; Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently delivering ServiceNow solutions across SDLC with sound design and governance adherence.
Deep expertise in one or more ServiceNow product areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or App Engine rather than broad generalist knowledge.
Capable of balancing business needs, technical risk, and platform maintainability while mentoring peers and collaborating across business and technical teams.
