Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Golang.
Own backend components end-to-end including design, development, deployment, and production support.
Participate in system design and architecture, build REST APIs and distributed backend services using MongoDB, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Golang and system design.
Experience with MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, query optimization), MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
Location: Work from office in Bangalore (Domlur), 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing scalable, distributed backend systems with strong ownership over end-to-end service lifecycle.
Skilled in building event-driven architectures and working with both NoSQL and relational databases in production environments.
Capable of mentoring juniors and engaging in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Frontend, Data, QA, and DevOps teams.
