Asst Dir-QA Engineer

Lead and advance quality assurance strategy for Asset Management applications and data solutions, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with containerized and parallel execution environments.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers, overseeing functional, integration, API, database, and performance testing across the software development lifecycle.

6+ years of experience in quality assurance, test automation, and software quality practices across full software development lifecycle for enterprise-scale applications.

Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, and Python; expertise in automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and modern delivery practices including CI/CD, Docker, and containerized test environments.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Demonstrated knowledge or experience with AI in quality assurance or related fields, including responsible AI practices and risk management.

Experienced QA professional with strong automation framework design and hands-on coding expertise in multiple languages (Java, TypeScript, Python).

Proven ability to lead quality assurance strategy and mentor teams within Agile, enterprise-scale environments focused on Asset Management or financial technology products.

Strategic operator who integrates AI-driven innovation responsibly into QA practices and can manage complexities of multi-threaded, containerized testing in CI/CD pipelines.
