Own end-to-end development of enterprise-grade backend systems using Java/J2EE and C#/.NET technology stacks.

Drive projects independently through full software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing and production deployment.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE and C#/.NET.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed system design.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently lead complex backend projects in scalable web service environments.
Experience with high availability and web-scale system design, including performance tuning and concurrent programming.
Technical exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus but not mandatory.
