Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable software components and data pipeline architectures for large-scale data volumes within the real-time bidding platform and distributed systems.

Build and optimize systems for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources using SQL and big data technologies to meet business requirements.

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with data science, analytics, product, and business teams to enhance product innovation and performance.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with complex distributed systems.

Proficiency in Java is mandatory; knowledge of C++ or Golang is also required.

Strong understanding of multi-threading, JVM internals, garbage collection, profiling tools, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.

Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases; proficiency in Unix/Linux environments; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experienced with scalable platform engineering focused on real-time bidding and streaming data processing in an ad-tech context.

Demonstrates advanced skills in system-level programming, performance tuning, and data pipeline optimization.

Familiarity with AI development tools and applied machine learning or data science experience is a plus.
