Systems Reliability Engineer III

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to virtualization, networking, and Linux systems for customers, ensuring high satisfaction.

Collaborate with developers and partners to identify defects and improve product reliability and serviceability.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge base development; provide rotational support including off-hours as needed.

7-9 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar technical support roles.

Strong expertise in virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Layer 2/3 networking, and Linux systems troubleshooting.

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred but not strictly mandatory.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week in Pune.

Experienced in direct customer-facing technical issue resolution within enterprise or complex technical environments.

Skilled in cross-team collaboration including with developers and technology partners (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Microsoft) to drive product improvements.

Capable of mentoring peers and actively enhancing technical knowledge resources, indicating a strategic mindset on team capability development.
