Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience as an Application Developer, specifically with multi-tier Python application development.
Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, GenAI architectures (e.g., transformers, LLMs like GPT), and experience with open-source AI frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain).
Experience with APIs (OpenAI, Azure Open AI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment on Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with secure coding practices, data privacy, relational and cloud databases (DB2, Sybase, Snowflake), development and DevOps tools (Jupyter, VS Code, Git, Jenkins, CI, Sonar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and delivering AI security software solutions with hands-on technical expertise in Python and AI/ML toolkits.
Comfortable operating in cross-regional, cross-functional teams with strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
Skilled in agile methodologies (TDD, BDD, Scrum) and managing multiple functions or guiding junior staff in a complex, service-oriented architecture environment.
