About This Role

Design and build production-grade agentic AI systems including LAG orchestration layers, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and tool integrations.

Lead development and deployment of multi-agent AI architectures and cloud-native solutions on AWS ECS with CI/CD pipelines.

Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices, improving code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability across multiple teams.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Advanced proficiency in Python with strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.

Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production environments.

Practical cloud-native experience on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3 or equivalent).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in developing and architecting AI/ML systems using RAG architecture, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, MCP).

Comfortable leading adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and enforcing validation standards within teams.

Familiar with software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and operational stability in complex, regulated environments like financial services.
