Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years experience in PMO, Delivery Operations, or Consulting.
Strong understanding of PMO governance, portfolio management, reporting, and delivery operations.
Proficiency with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Certifications like PMP or ITIL preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in managing PMO teams and scaling PMO services across multiple projects or accounts.
Strong strategic and operational focus with demonstrated success in standardizing governance frameworks and driving process improvements.
Background in analytics-driven project reporting and using automation tools to enhance PMO efficiency and delivery oversight.
