Lead design and development of scalable AI-driven automation platforms focused on Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Build and maintain Python backend services with workflow orchestration, AI agent frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices in code quality, CI/CD, documentation, and production AI Ops deployment.
Minimum Requirements
7 to 15 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
Expertise in Python backend development including FastAPI, Flask or Django, asynchronous programming, REST APIs, and microservices.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal or equivalents and integration of AI agent frameworks and LLMs (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
Mandatory onsite work from office in Madurai, Tamil Nadu; shift from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in distributed, scalable backend architectures with event-driven and stateful/stateless processing.
Hands-on experience building AI automation solutions in Healthcare domain, specifically Revenue Cycle Management, Claims, Enrollment, and provider/payer workflows.
Proven leadership capabilities in mentoring teams, conducting reviews, and delivering enterprise-grade full-stack AI applications integrated with cloud services (preferably AWS).
