Establish and oversee program governance, integrated master schedules, RAID management, financials, resource planning, and executive reporting.
Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation across business and technology domains.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of program/project management experience with PMO leadership for large-scale business and technology transformations.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or enterprise transformation programs is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage integrated planning, multi-vendor coordination, financial management, and risk/change controls.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India; Certifications like PMP or PgMP preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex global programs involving technology, consulting, and third-party teams within retail or consumer products sectors (preferred).
Demonstrates strong program leadership capabilities, ensuring governance rigor, stakeholder alignment, and delivery discipline.
Skilled in financial oversight, dependency management, and executive communication within multi-workstream transformation initiatives.
