Support Agile team delivery by contributing to data and ETL testing commitments in Snowflake, DataStage, and multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) environments.
Design, execute, and report on ETL and data validation testing including automation workflows using frameworks like dbt and Robot.
Manage test documentation, defect reporting, and troubleshooting; participate in Agile ceremonies and handle project escalations as needed.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years as a data testing analyst working with Snowflake, dbt, Streamlit, Astronomer, or related ETL testing frameworks.
3+ years experience in software testing focused on functional and regression testing, with 2+ years writing SQL for data validation.
Proven knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, and multi-cloud experience; familiarity with cloud-based databases and advanced DBMS.
Must have experience with ETL tools like DataStage or Informatica and test management tools like Jira (X-ray plugin).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile environments with hands-on ownership of complex ETL/data testing projects involving cloud data platforms.
Demonstrates ability to independently manage testing projects end-to-end including complex troubleshooting and multi-priority task handling.
Technically adept in both manual and automated data testing, including cloud services and emerging data testing frameworks, with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
