Configure and maintain Mondelez’s o9 platform Supply Planning, STD, and TLB workflows to support global supply chain processes.
Translate business needs into scalable planning models including data modeling, workflow design, and analytics within o9.
Design and validate integration pipelines with enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle; manage scenario analysis, testing, and provide Level 2/3 support post go-live.
Minimum Requirements
3-5+ years of experience configuring the o9 Planning Tool, focusing on Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning modules.
Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain/logistics with a planning focus preferred.
Proven successful implementation/support of o9 in complex business environments.
No relocation support available; Work Experience Required: 3-5+ years in related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise in o9 modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning.
Experience with CPG or Manufacturing industries preferred, reflecting fit for Mondelēz International’s business environment.
Detail-oriented operator capable of managing end-to-end configuration, integration, testing, and support in a global complex supply chain setting.
