Applications Development Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

Lead and monitor all phases of development including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and provide user/operational support.

Serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, and coach to senior stakeholders and junior analysts, ensuring compliance and risk management.

8-11 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience managing and implementing successful projects with knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.

Experienced in complex application development with capability to analyze business and system processes.

Demonstrates independence and sound ethical judgment in decision-making with consideration for firm reputation and compliance.

Skilled in stakeholder consultation and able to provide advanced programming solutions and coaching to less experienced analysts.
