Senior Associate - Global Distribution Finance

Own consolidation and analysis of Global Distribution budgeting, forecasting, and actual spending data to provide actionable financial insights.

Manage purchase order, invoice, and payment processes ensuring compliance with controls for logistics and distribution services.

Support improvement of planning tools and reporting automation while collaborating cross-functionally within a global finance environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

5 to 9 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain finance analytics.

Advanced Excel/Smartsheet skills with ability to analyze large datasets and build financial models.

Experience managing purchase orders and financial controls; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred but not explicit must-have.

Experienced in supply chain or distribution finance with strong operational finance and analytics background.

Proficient in consolidating multi-stakeholder financial data and driving timely, accurate reporting under planning cycle deadlines.

Capable of working independently in a complex global environment, influencing stakeholders without direct managerial authority.
