Solution Architect - GenAI

Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of GenAI-powered enterprise solutions across multiple business domains, focusing on scalability, security, compliance, and reusability.

Lead complex, cross-regional initiatives from use-case discovery to enterprise rollout, driving business impact and architectural standards adoption.

Define and enforce GenAI application architecture, standards, Azure deployment, DevOps best practices, and promote reusable components for accelerated delivery.

8+ years of experience in data science, AI, advanced analytics, or software engineering with proven solution/technical architecture roles for AI-powered applications.

Strong hands-on and architectural experience with GenAI technologies including transformers, LLMs, diffusion models, and application patterns like RAG, agents, copilots, chatbots.

Proven experience designing and delivering GenAI and AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure ML, Cognitive Search, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB, etc.).

Preferably a Master's degree in STEM (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or related field.

Experienced in managing complex multi-stakeholder, multi-region initiatives, aligning diverse teams towards a common architectural vision.

Architect-level expertise in cloud-native architectures, enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps CI/CD practices on Azure for data-intensive AI solutions.

Strong strategic mindset with focus on product thinking, pragmatic scalable solutions, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences including senior management.
