Manage governance, cyber SDLC processes, and lead a global team to deliver resilient, secure authentication infrastructure supporting on-prem, SaaS, and cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
18+ years of relevant work experience with large-scale Access Management implementations.
10+ years of experience in solution development or cyber solution architecture roles.
Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management technologies: Transmit, ForgeRock, RSA, MFA, SSO, SAML, OIDC/OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, RSA Authentication Manager, Microsoft Authenticator, LDAP.
Ability to perform light programming/scripting (Java, JavaScript, Unix shell, PowerShell, Python, Perl) and strong knowledge of secure configuration management, DevOps, CI/CD, operations, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker.

Experience driving and evolving security strategies aligned with business trends and zero trust frameworks in a global financial services environment.
