Program Manager

Own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-wide GenAI programs including strategy, use case identification, governance, delivery oversight, and value realization.

Partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to define and execute GenAI transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Manage AI program portfolio, including resource planning, risk management, performance monitoring, and reporting for successful delivery and adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

8-10 years professional experience in Program Management, Analytics, Digital Transformation, Data Science delivery, or AI-related initiatives.

Experience managing large-scale cross-functional analytics, AI, or automation programs with proven track record of translating business needs into AI solutions.

Hands-on understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI technologies and working knowledge of Python and/or SQL; Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Experienced in leading enterprise GenAI or AI product implementation programs with strong strategic and business-technology integration capabilities.

Able to influence senior/executive stakeholders and drive organizational change through collaborative leadership.

Familiar with AI governance, risk, compliance frameworks, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) to deliver measurable business value.
