Leads compliance initiatives and audits related to Data & AI access control, collaborating across Data Science, IT, Security, Legal, and AI Engineering teams to ensure governance and regulatory adherence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
10+ years experience in Identity & Access Management, Enterprise Data Security, and Compliance and Governance.
Hands-on expertise with IAM/IDAM tools such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, SailPoint, or Cyberarc and strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Proven experience managing access compliance audits, regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPPA), and enterprise Data/AI security policies.

Experienced in complex cross-functional stakeholder engagement including collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Security, and AI governance teams.
Technical proficiency in access control architectures with operational insight into Data Lakes, AI/ML pipelines, DevSecOps, MLOps, and Generative AI security.
