Own end-to-end Power BI solution development including data modeling, report design, and performance optimization.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models for enterprise use aligned with business KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy, model optimization, and governance across datasets to support data-driven decision-making for global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering degree (B.Tech/BE - CS/IT/E&C).
Experience in Power BI enterprise environments, including Power BI Desktop, Service, Report Server, Power Query, and advanced DAX.
Strong expertise in SQL querying and performance optimization on relational databases like SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Databricks.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years preferred but not strictly mandated. Hybrid work model requiring presence at office at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in India (Noida/Pune).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable BI solutions with expertise in star and snowflake schema architectures and semantic modeling.
Familiar with enterprise data platforms such as Azure SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, Databricks and integration with SAP and Salesforce.
Comfortable working in hybrid settings focused on industrial or technology sector data analytics environments with experience in BI governance and deployment pipelines.
