Technical Operations Manager, Post Services - India

Own and manage all technical operations for Netflix Post Services in India, including Dailies, MPS Footage Ingest, and screening operations, ensuring service quality per global standards.

Lead and grow a team of contractor operators while designing and scaling reliable, efficient workflows across multiple Indian production hubs.

Collaborate closely with APAC and Global teams to align operations, represent local technical leadership, and implement improvements and new tools compatible with India-specific workflows.

10+ years of post-production technical operations experience with prior people management or team lead responsibility.

Deep knowledge of post-production tools and workflows specific to the Indian market (e.g., dailies, ingest, editorial, screenings).

Fluency in English; willingness to travel within India and internationally; ability to work across time zones including APAC and global partners.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in post-production technical operations.

Experienced leader skilled in scaling technical operations across multiple production hubs with systems thinking and operations design.

Proven ability to manage and mentor contractor-based technical teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Strong cross-regional stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse partners on complex operational initiatives.
