Minimum Requirements
3+ years relevant software engineering experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on expertise in Java programming (Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework) and building RESTful web services/microservices.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, multi-threaded programming, and distributed systems.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and knowledge of reliability, scalability, and performance design principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance software in a commercial environment with microservices architecture.
Proficient in using AI/GenAI tools to improve software engineering productivity across coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Comfortable making technical decisions independently while mentoring junior engineers and advising management on project issues.
