Minimum Requirements
Education: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience Required: Typically 2-4 years in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field; advanced degree with little/no experience also considered.
Mandatory Knowledge: ASC842 lease accounting, US GAAP compliance, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation.
Preferred Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA noted but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working independently on moderate scope financial problems with professional judgment within company policy frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions including finance and business leaders to influence budgeting and financial planning.
Comfortable with financial modeling, variance analysis, KPIs, and familiarity with SAP applications or similar financial systems.
