Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
Strong expertise in Golang or Java, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cosmos DB, BigQuery; experience with cloud platforms Azure or GCP.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in software engineering or related area.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader able to influence across multiple teams without direct authority and design scalable, resilient backend systems.
Strong background in event-driven architecture, cloud-native microservices, and modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, customer-generated content systems, and data streaming architectures is preferred.
