Senior Facility Executive (Soft Services)

Oversee day-to-day management of soft services including housekeeping, pest control, and landscaping to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in a large facility (500,000+ SFT).

Manage work order systems, vendor coordination, service level compliance, and facility documentation to ensure seamless facility operations including 24/7 shift coverage.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and emergency preparedness across all facility services.

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in facilities management or related operations role, including managing large facilities (minimum 500,000 SFT) and vendor management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with facility management software (CAFM/CMMS) preferred.

Willingness to work in shifts; on-site job location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Experienced in coordinating and supervising multiple outsourced service vendors within large commercial facilities to meet service level agreements.

Capable of independently managing facility operations, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Strong operational focus on documentation, reporting, and use of technology (facility management software, MS Office) for managing service delivery.
