Cost Lead

Lead project cost management from pre-design through completion, including preparing BOQs, cost analysis, quantity surveying, and contract administration.

Develop and manage project cost plans and budgets, perform cost control, forecasting, and cash flow analyses, and produce regular financial reports for clients.

Coordinate with project teams and clients by supporting procurement, value engineering, change management, site inspections, and contractor management to ensure project profitability and quality standards.

Degree in a relevant property-related discipline.

Proven professional experience in design, construction, and cost management with a track record in profit planning, business development, networking, and marketing.
