Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in Learning & Development leadership or comparable enterprise learning role.
Strong expertise in enterprise learning strategy, learning architecture, digital and AI-enabled learning solutions.
Experience designing and implementing global learning programmes with focus on capability building and learning measurement.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, global organizations; strong programme and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of translating business and capability requirements into scalable, globally consistent learning solutions.
Proven ability to lead digital learning transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions and learning technology adoption.
Comfortable managing senior business and functional leaders with strong strategic thinking and partnership focus.
