Sr Analyst II Infrastructure Services

Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Contribute to implementation and enhancement of infrastructure projects and services.

Maintain infrastructure documentation including incident logs and configuration records.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

4+ years relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.

Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis with data analysis and technical skills.

Advanced degree and certifications like CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer are pluses but not mandatory.

Experienced infrastructure analyst comfortable with technical troubleshooting and system monitoring.

Capable of working collaboratively to improve infrastructure effectiveness and resolve technical challenges.

Keeps updated with industry knowledge and infrastructure best practices to support service delivery.
