Operations Staff-DMW

Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, and unloading across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.

Maintain operational productivity, safety, and quality standards while complying with Standard Operating Procedures and supporting daily operational targets.

Perform shipment reconciliation, data entry, operational documentation, and support peak operations and contingency requirements.

Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass (higher qualifications advantageous).

Work Experience Required: Fresher up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar.

Must be physically fit for manual shipment handling involving standing, walking, lifting throughout the shift.

Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and basic computer/mobile scanner skills required.

Experience or aptitude for frontline operational roles in logistics or warehousing with attention to accuracy and safety compliance.

Capable of working in high-volume, fast-paced environments supporting operational targets and process adherence.

Disciplined with strong operational compliance, punctuality, and professional appearance reflecting the Blue Dart brand standards.
