Business Analyst (Commercial Trading Team)

Analyze and report on operational and commercial data from production, procurement, sales, inventory, costing to identify trends, variances, and profitability drivers.

Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support management decision-making for plant efficiency, cost control, and inventory optimization.

Coordinate cross-functionally to automate data management processes and deliver actionable business insights related to manufacturing and commodity operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.

3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in manufacturing, commodity, or FMCG operations.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and MIS/reporting with strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and variance analysis.

Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant domain and function.

Experienced in handling production and procurement data with strong skills in dashboard development and data automation for business insights.

Comfortable working in manufacturing or commodity supply chain environment focused on operational efficiency and profitability.

Able to translate complex operational data into clear reports and strategic recommendations for plant management.
