Lead workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and project teams, especially collaborating with US clients.
Support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution to ensure accurate requirements communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
Experience working directly with US clients and stakeholders.
Location: Bangalore, India (Work From Office). Immediate hiring.

Proven ability to manage detailed requirements artifacts and facilitate Agile processes in cross-functional, international teams.
