Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management System at the Hyderabad Hub, ensuring regulatory and Sanofi compliance.
Drive strategic HSE priorities including risk management, sustainability programs, emergency preparedness, and employee wellness initiatives to improve safety and environmental performance.
Manage HSE governance activities such as committee leadership, incident investigation, training development, reporting through digital MIS tools, and coordination with global HSE teams.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in Corporate HSE managing large sites or corporate functions.
Minimum Diploma in Industrial Safety, Fire Safety Engineering, or NEBOSH International Diploma.
Proven expertise in HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, emergency planning, and environmental management.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional dialects beneficial.

Experienced leader skilled in aligning local HSE operations with global policies and managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong operational focus on risk mitigation, incident root cause analysis, contractor safety, and sustainability program deployment in corporate real estate/workplace environments.
Competent in using digital HSE platforms (QualiPSO, SHERPA, HSE Index) and advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Power Apps) for reporting and performance monitoring.
