Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI infrastructure, engineering, and sales roles, including sourcing, screening, assessment, offer negotiation, and closing.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for scarce technical talent in AI/ML, HPC, cloud, software, hardware, and data domains.
Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to align hiring plans, maintain candidate pipelines, and report recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 8 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering domains.
Experience recruiting technical roles including AI/ML, software, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, HPC, hardware, and sales.
Location: Hybrid position based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing recruitment in competitive technical markets including AI, HPC, cloud infrastructure, and software/hardware engineering.
Strong consultative skills to influence hiring managers and provide market insights without direct authority.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and improve recruiting process outcomes using data and recruiting technology including ATS and AI-enabled tools.
