Minimum Requirements
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, AI, product engineering, data science, or related fields with proven success in enterprise AI strategy and solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, IT, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, data platforms, model lifecycle management, responsible AI, and enterprise AI adoption.
Location requirement: Bangalore, India.

Senior leader with strategic and executional expertise managing AI, data science, and cross-functional product teams in fast-paced or regulated environments such as fintech or healthcare.
Experience delivering measurable business value through AI investments including automation and generative AI.
Ability to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption balancing innovation with governance, security, and ethical considerations.
