Senior Data Scientist

Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions including intelligent assistants, copilots, and conversational systems that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable value.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including solution development, deployment, operationalization, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and enterprise integrations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to define solution strategies, technical requirements, and roadmaps while providing technical leadership and architectural influence.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or software development with demonstrated production-grade AI or ML solution delivery.

Proven experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI frameworks, and designing scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.

Senior technical contributor capable of independently owning and delivering large, complex AI architecture and software initiatives from concept through production.

Experienced in operationalizing AI solutions with a strong focus on scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms and integration within cloud-native environments, especially Azure.

Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to translate business requirements into robust AI technical designs and effectively communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
